2. how can recognize someone who taking grugs? (bagaimana boleh mengenal pasti seseorang itu mengambil dadah?)

3. what are the action taken by law enforcers to prevent this problem? were those actions taken effective? (apkah tindakan yang telah diambil oleh penguatkuasa undang-undang untuk mengatasi masalah ini?adakah tindakan tersebut berkesan?)

4. what is the government programme to control this problem? (apakah program kerajaan untuk membendung masalah ini? 

5. what does 'hardcore drugs addict' means?what are the problem posed by this group? (apa yang dimaksudkan dengan penagih tegar?)
